  • Payment Terms: For custom order a deposit of 50% of the total order value is required to begin the design and manufacturing process. The remaining balance will due before delivery.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and Netbanking.
  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Once an order is confirmed, the price is fixed and will not change.

3. Customization and Design

  • Design Approval: All custom designs require your approval before manufacturing begins. Any changes to the design after approval may incur additional charges and delay the production timeline.
  • Material Variations: Natural materials such as wood and Polish may have slight variations in color, grain, and texture. These variations are not considered defects but are part of the unique beauty of custom furniture.

4. Manufacturing and Delivery

  • Production Time: Manufacturing typically takes 6-8 weeks from the final design approval. This time frame may vary depending on the complexity of the project.
  • Delivery: We offer delivery services to ensure your custom furniture arrives safely. Delivery charges vary based on location and order size.
  • DIY Installation: We provide DIY installation kits with detailed instructions. Professional installation services are not available.
  • Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, shipping delays, or supplier issues.

5. Returns and Warranty

  • Returns: As each piece of furniture is custom-made, we do not accept returns. If there are any issues with the quality or craftsmanship, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to address the problem.
  • Warranty: We offer a warranty on all our custom furniture to cover manufacturing defects. The warranty duration and terms vary based on the item. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper installation or maintenance.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Exclusion of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services.
  • Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the sale of any products or services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product or service in question.
