However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them promptly and fairly. 1. Custom Furniture Orders

Custom-Made Products: Due to the personalized nature of custom furniture, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made items. This includes furniture made to your specifications regarding size, color, material, and design.

Design Approval: Before production begins, you will have the opportunity to review and approve detailed design specifications. Please ensure that all details are correct before giving your final approval.

2. Damages and Defects

Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. If you notice any damage or defects, notify the delivery team immediately and contact our customer service within 24 hours.

Reporting Issues: To report damage or defects, please provide the following information:

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Video of the unpackaging
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Your order number and contact information

Resolution Process: Upon receiving your report, we will review the information and determine the best course of action. This may include:

  • Repairing the damaged or defective item
  • Replacing the item with a new one
  • Offering a partial or full refund, depending on the extent of the damage or defect

3. Non-Custom Products

Standard Products: For standard, non-custom products, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery if wrong item delivered, damaged in transit. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is being returned due to damage or defect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

4. Warranty

Warranty Coverage: We offer a warranty on all our custom furniture to cover manufacturing defects. The duration and terms of the warranty vary based on the item and will be provided at the time of purchase.

Warranty Claims: To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
